AEIL is still working with COVID-19 safety protocols in place to ensure a safe work environment for our employees which allows our company to continue giving the best customer service possible. We are still updating our website form request features, to make is easier for us to contact a customer when orders are being placed. We have finished converting our in-house program (which was based on our original IBM SYS-36 that has been used since the 1960’s) to an easier, menu driven, program. This makes it easier to search badges, generate reports, and revise invoices as needed. We appreciate all your patience and understanding during this time-consuming conversion. Any and all recommendations to make even more improvements to our system are always welcome.
